About the Event
Hotel accommodation for Let It Roll. festival visitors
The price of accommodation is always quoted for the whole room (i.e. it is per whole room, not per number of people) and for the whole stay (i.e. Thu 30th July - Sun 2nd Aug 2026, i.e. 3 nights). Accommodation is offered including breakfast, which is included in the price.
Booked accommodation can be cancelled free of charge no later than 1 month before the start of the stay, i.e. until 30 June 2026. After this date, a cancellation fee of the full price of the accommodation applies.
Accommodation is booked at hotels on behalf of BWX Travel Ltd. in the name of the guest specified in the booking. Hotels will receive information about specific guests one month prior to the accommodation date. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after purchase - please keep this.
