The price of accommodation is always quoted for the whole room (i.e. it is per whole room, not per number of people) and for the whole stay (i.e. Fri 20 - Sun 22 Feb 2026, i.e. 2 nights). Accommodation is offered including breakfast, which is included in the price.
Booked accommodation can be cancelled free of charge no later than 1 month before the start of the stay, i.e. until 20 January 2026. After this date, a cancellation fee of the full amount of the accommodation price applies.
Accommodation is booked at hotels on behalf of BWX Travel Ltd. in the name of the guest specified in the booking. Information about specific guests will be sent to the hotels one month before the accommodation date. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after purchase - please keep this.
